The processing is necessary for us to optimise our e-commerce platform and marketing communications. How long we keep information
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected. For the purposes of providing services and dealing with claims, all purchase and account history is retained for 6 years after the date of the last transaction to comply with statutory legal requirements (e.g., tax records and legal claims). For marketing purposes (data used by Klaviyo), personal data is retained until you withdraw your consent or unsubscribe, plus a short grace period (up to 6 months) to ensure your suppression preference is recorded across all systems. Web activity data that has not led to a purchase is automatically deleted after 18 months of inactivity.

They process our customer\’s personal data (names, email addresses, and purchase\/browsing history) to send you personalised direct marketing communications (email and SMS), manage your marketing preferences, and perform segmentation and analytics on our behalf.
Sharing information outside the UK
Where necessary, we will transfer personal information outside of the UK. When doing so, we comply with the UK GDPR, making sure appropriate safeguards are in place.
