What’s The Game About?

Your Call Is Extremely Important is a daft game about terrible customer service.

You’re working on the Customer Care Hotline at failing local business CBA Utilities, and your job is to help callers deal with their various problems and concerns.

Unfortunately for your bosses, it’s much easier (and a lot more fun) to make the callers’ problems worse, and then leave them for someone else to deal with instead.

Whoever has the best reviews from their callers will win the coveted Star Employee Award.

Everyone else will be fired, and their jobs will be replaced by AI.

Who’s In The Expansion Pack?

There will be five bonus caller cards in the expansion and we can’t wait to unveil them throughout the year, ahead of the game’s release in the autumn.

The first name confirmed is Captain Hoot, our owl mascot, and with a whopping 15 points he will be the highest scoring caller in the game.

We’ll be announcing callers 2-5 via the newsletter over the next few weeks – keep your eyes peeled for the next update!

The Fine Print

The “Busier Than Usual” expansion pack is available to newsletter subscribers only, and will not be available through general sale.

To qualify for a copy of the expansion pack, you must order your copy of the game Your Call Is Extremely Important via ReleaseTheOwl.com, and be subscribed to the Release The Owl newsletter at the time of purchase. Purchases via 3rd-party retailers will not be considered.

“Busier Than Usual” will be strictly limited to one production run. In the event that there are more qualifying purchases than copies of the expansion pack available, the expansion pack will be given away on a first-come, first-served basis.

Details on how you can pre-order the game will be made available in summer 2026. Please get your order in early to avoid disappointment.
